Create packaging and artwork under a new sub brand of Marklyn exclusive to O'Reilly Auto Parts.MY ROLE:
I started with creating some basic visual branding for BryteBeamz. I've had some success with black and yellow colour combinations in the past and the bright and sporty look would be eye catching on the shelves. Creating a slightly techy, but clean look for the logo would give the brand a bit of sophistication. Picked some sporty but clean fonts, and we're off to the races.The layout, for the most part followed the general guideline for Marklyn LED bars with one or two exceptions. No verbal callouts on the front, only essential information. The front window was different to the norm as I was going for a more rugged, flashy look. That, and at the time, the company was not using windows on these types of boxes at all. But we were trying something different to wow to buyer.
