Build a responsive, e-commerce, WordPress website as an extension to alpena.ca that features the REVOLUTION projector and Alpena Retrofit Series Branding. This website required google analytics tracking and multiple shipping options, kit building options, as well as forced currency to the shipping location. Lastly, it should feature educational and instructional content to help customers.
MY ROLE:
Created a website mockup based on a preexisting theme. Installed WordPress and uploaded images and graphics made by me. Gathered information and uploaded products for the store. Configured Woocommerce to accommodate shipping and currency requirements. adjusted theme defaults to correlate with Alpena Retrofit Series branding. YOST SEO plugin enabled for optimal page SEO. Google analytics tracking set up for page analytics and conversions.
