Canadian Tire Automotive POG

CLIENT:

Marklyn Group Co. & Canadian Tire

THE ASK:

To design packaging for a complete 12ft POG in the Alpena and ProStrobe lines. The sections of the POG must be clearly defined between: high end bars, driving and utility lights, strobes, and fashion lighting.

MY ROLE:

Working with a small team of designers we determined package styling for sections that needed a refresh. From there we were required to apply that styling to several differently shaped and sized products.

These photos were only the first round of the project as we were later required to create full box (or blister) artwork. several of the styles (particularly the black and grey boxes) were fine tuned even more to illustrate the differences between utility, off road, and fog/driving lights.

Finally, we were required to build full package mockups of all items for planograming purposes.

SPECIAL NOTES:

This POG went over so well durring the sales presentation that Canadian Tire purchased the whole thing! Allotting Markyln more than twice as much space as they currently had in store. You can see some of the finished product today at your local Canadian Tire.
